2010 NORCAL FTC TEAM COSTS – Rookie Teams    ROOKIE TEAM INCENTIVE GRANTS

        FTC Robotics kit (1st year only) …………………..  $   749  ($549 if you already have LEGO NXT Mindstorms #9797)
        2010 Game elements / Additional parts   …………  $   300 est.   (variable)
        2010 NorCal qualifier tournaments …………………  $     65  each  (team may register for more than 1)
        2010 NorCal Championship tournament………….  $   150

        Metal / Lexan Field  Walls/Tiles is an optional aspect and is estimated to cost  approximately $1,200  (full metal/lexan)  There is an alternative low cost field of PVC / plywood as well as many teams that get a few of the foam floor tiles and critical parts of the game field.
